CRM is to store clients basic information, and to send messages to customers from eMessage.

You can enter:

Customer name, phone number, customer type, customer birthday, email and extra notes about the customer.

Yes you can, on the left hand side is a "Customer Type" tab.

Click the tab

Type title of category and press save

Next go back to the "CRM" tab and click on the customer name that you would like to place in a category

Once you click the name, on the top of the page it will show a box with your customer type categories

There you can choose which category you would like to place them into by simply clicking on the category

Click save at the bottom of the page

It is an indicator that a particular client would like to recieve newsletters.
