CRM

Oveeta provides our members a built in database to store clients information.  CRM helps business stay connected with clients and keeps them coming back. 

Features include:

Add new customer

To add clients in clients relations manager:

1. Click on CRM tab on main menu
2. Click Add New
3. Type Name
4. Type email

Options

    - Select Customer Type
    - Enter Phone
    - Check Reward Points
    - Enter Comments
    - Enter Birthday

5.  Click Save

Create Customer Type

Organizing clients into different types will makes it easier to look up, and send different types of messge.  For example:

New Clients
VIP Clients
Vendors

To create a customer type:

1.  Click on Customer Type on left
2.  Type title
3.  Click Save 

* Customer type appear in ledger

Customer Search

There are 5 ways to search for clients, enter the information in field provided:

1.  Customer Name
2.  Phone
3.  Customer Type
4.  Customer's Email
5.  Birthday

Click Search

Edit & Delete Customer Info

To edit customer's information:

1.  Click on client's name in ledger
2.  Make necessary changes
3.  Click Save

To delete customer

1.  Select square box next to client's name
2.  Click on Delete on upper right

Sending a Message in CRM

To send a message in CRM, simply select 1 client, a group of client, or all. 

1.  Once client is found, select square box
2.  Click Send Selected or Send All
3.  eMessage page will appear

Option: 
- Select Promo value $1 to $10 Off
- Select Title (for custom message)
- Type message

4. Select an eCard
5. Click Save
6. Verify message
7. Click Send  (to edit message, click Back)

Message will be sent to everyone selected
